Watching your child struggle can be one of the hardest parts of being a parent. Whether your child is just entering adolescence or already navigating the teen years, these stages bring both exciting growth and real challenges. Kids and teens today face academic pressures, shifting friendships, questions around identity and self-esteem, and the push-pull of wanting independence while still needing support. At times, these challenges can lead to anxiety, depression, conflict at home, behavioral challenges, or feelings of loneliness and isolation.
My role is to provide a safe and supportive space where your child can sort through what they’re experiencing, build tools to cope, and begin to feel more confident in themselves. With warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity, I work to help kids and teens feel understood and comfortable sharing openly. In this space, they can put words to their feelings, discover new ways of handling challenges, and strengthen their sense of self.
I also value the parent–child relationship and understand how important it is for you to feel connected and supported, too. While I hold space for your child’s independence, I also collaborate with parents to foster communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen connection at home.
Therapy at this age is not just about addressing immediate struggles—it’s about helping kids and teens build resilience, self-awareness, and the confidence to thrive as they grow.

Emerging adulthood is a time of big changes and possibilities. You may be navigating educational or career decisions, exploring independence, or building new relationships. It’s a stage full of growth and discovery, but it can also bring challenges—like feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of your direction. For some, this time stirs up struggles with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity questions, or the impact of past experiences such as trauma or grief.
Therapy offers a space to make sense of these experiences and find your way forward. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a relational approach grounded in attachment theory, adapting our work to fit your needs. Together, we’ll explore the parts of yourself that may feel conflicted, understand how past experiences shape the present, and build tools to handle stress and uncertainty. The goal is not only to ease what feels overwhelming, but also to help you move through this stage with clarity and confidence as you create a future that feels true to you.

Adulthood often comes with both responsibilities and complexity. You may be balancing career demands, relationships, family life, or major transitions. Alongside these, you might be carrying patterns of self-criticism, perfectionism, or disconnection that leave you feeling weighed down. Many adults also come to therapy while navigating grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense that life doesn’t feel as meaningful or aligned as they’d like.
In therapy, we create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My integrative approach—drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a relational/attachment lens—allows us to explore both the deeper roots of your challenges and the practical changes that can support growth. Whether you are seeking relief from depression or anxiety, healing from past wounds, or clarity in the face of transition, therapy can help you shift long-standing patterns, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and sustainable.
